About Shoes:

Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

A: We appreciate your excitement about your order! Pre-made products ship in 1-3 business days. Made-to-order painted shoes take 4-6 weeks, which includes ordering, receiving, and painting the shoes, plus shipping to you. During holidays, wait times may increase due to higher demand. Need it faster? Choose our rush option for a 2-day turnaround once the item is in hand (extra cost applies). We are here to help, so reach out with any questions!

Q: How should I clean my custom shoes?

A: We would not suggest the use of a washing machine. Even though they are sealed, you still want to be gentle and use only soap and water.

Q: Is the paint durable?

A: I use Angelus Leather Acrylic paints, specially formulated for shoe painting, and apply a protective finisher to ensure waterproof and scratch-resistant properties. Before painting, I prepare leather shoes by removing the factory finish with acetone and sanding areas for better paint adhesion. While my work is crafted for durability, remember that your custom shoes are wearable art. LDR Customs is not liable for any damage caused by customer wear.

If any damage occurs, I offer touch-ups for a fee after 7 days of delivery, based on the damage severity. You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the shoes. Simply send me a message with pictures detailing the issue for assistance.

About Returns and Refunds:

Q: What is your return and exchange policy?

A: All sales are final, and returns are not accepted for any damage after delivery. Once your custom shoes are in your hands, they are your responsibility—remember, you are wearing art! Please ensure your shoe size is correct before ordering. If there is a mix-up or damage upon arrival, we will take full responsibility and send a replacement. Your satisfaction is our priority, so reach out if you need help or have concerns.

About Shipping:

Q: Why does it take longer to fulfill an order for custom shoes compared to pre-made ones?

A: I source all shoes online or from a local verified retailer, ensuring authenticity for every pair. Please know your correct shoe size when ordering, as LDR Customs is not responsible for shoes that do not fit properly. If your desired shoes are unavailable at retail, they may be ordered from 3rd-party resellers, and you will be responsible for any premium fees. I will always strive to get you the best price possible.

Q: If I live outside of the United States? A: Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States, we hope to soon.

Q: What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

A: Oops, no worries! If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, reach out to us right away. You can find all our contact details on the “Contact Us” page, and we are also available email, text or phone. We will do our best to fix it before your order sets off on its journey. Q: Will my items come in one package?

About Choosing a Custom Theme:

Q: Can I request my own theme or size?

A: Yes! Just fill out the Custom Form. Let us know the theme and/or size you will need. Please remember Custom shoes can take 4-6 weeks, as Custom shoes take longer to process than pre-made ones because they require several additional steps. First, the shoes must be ordered from a vendor, which adds time depending on shipping. Once received, the shoes undergo preparation for painting, followed by the actual custom artwork, which can be intricate and time-consuming. Afterward, the shoes need to dry and be finished to ensure durability. Only then are they ready for shipping to you. All these steps combined, including sourcing the shoes, are what extend the timeline for custom orders.

About Shoe Sizes:

Since all shoes are purchased from online vendors, LDR Customs cannot be held responsible for incorrect sizing. The sizes provided are those from the vendors, and sizing can vary. It is highly recommended to measure your foot length accurately rather than relying solely on the shoe size. This will help ensure a better fit.
